Your Account

One Account, Everything​

You have a single Patflix account — one username and one password — that gives you access to everything: watching media, requesting new content, and managing your profile.

You do not need separate accounts for different parts of the service.

Your Account Portal​

Your account is managed at login.patflix.app.

We strongly recommend bookmarking this page. It's the easiest way to get back to your account and access all Patflix services from one place.

From the account portal, you can:

  • Launch the Patflix media library
  • Launch the media request tool
  • Change your password

Logging In for the First Time​

Your administrator will provide you with:

  • A username
  • A temporary password

Steps:

  1. Open your browser and go to login.patflix.app
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. You may be prompted to set a new password on first login — choose something memorable and keep it safe
  4. Once logged in, bookmark this page for easy access later

Changing Your Password​

  1. Go to login.patflix.app and log in
  2. Click your name or profile icon in the top-right corner
  3. Select Settings or Change Password
  4. Follow the prompts to update your password

If you've forgotten your password or are locked out, contact your Patflix administrator for a reset.

A Note on Logging In to Patflix Directly​

When you open the Patflix media player at patflix.app, it will ask you for your username and password directly — it will not redirect you to the account portal. Just enter the same username and password you use everywhere else.

This is normal. Your credentials are the same across the whole service.
